Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Return Window — Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  2. How to Start a Return — Email yemayachango@gmail.com with order #, item SKU, and reason. We will issue an RMA and printable label (U.S. customers).

  3. Return Shipping Costs — If the return results from our error (defective or incorrect item), we pay return postage; otherwise, cost is deducted from your refund.

  4. Refund Timing — Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection via the original payment method.

  5. Exceptions

    • Perishable or made-to-order items;

    • Gift cards;

    • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked).

  6. Legal Notice (Florida) — Florida law allows retailers to set their own refund terms provided they post the policy clearly at the point of sale. Failure to post defaults to a 7-day refund right. Our policy is posted here and in checkout per F.S. §501.142.
